Our History
A Legacy Begins
Our story begins as a family-owned pool service and repair company, where hands-on field experience built a deep understanding of how aquatic systems truly operate, age, and require maintenance—laying the foundation for decades of practical and technical expertise in aquatic environments.
Expanding the Vision
Growing up in a family pool service and repair business provided hands-on, real-world experience with aquatic systems from an early age. That foundation was paired with formal architectural training and professional experience at an aquatic consulting firm, ultimately leading to the creation of Smart Aquatics as an integrated design and engineering practice.
Smart Aquatics Is Born
Recognizing the industry’s need for a truly integrated design-engineering partner, Smart Aquatics was founded to serve luxury developers and design firms with unparalleled technical and creative expertise.
Redefining Aquatic Design Worldwide
With projects spanning multiple countries and sectors, Smart Aquatics continues to push boundaries. Transforming water into an architectural medium through innovation, precision, and passion.
Unmatched Technical Expertise
With decades of hands-on experience, we solve complex design challenges others can’t, engineering water systems that perform flawlessly under the most demanding conditions.
Architectural Collaboration
We speak the language of architects, designers, and builders, integrating our work into high-end projects while preserving aesthetic integrity and design intent.
Innovation Without Limits
From movable floors to acrylic structures, our team embraces emerging technologies to push the boundaries of what water can do in modern design.
our work
Baker Residence
The Parkland Residence features a 100-foot-long resort-style pool designed to match the scale of the expansive estate. Our team provided full design, engineering, and construction administration services—delivering a high-performance aquatic environment that balances luxury with functionality.

Moeller Residence
This one-of-a-kind pool was engineered to accommodate both swimmers and the client’s Lamborghini. Vehicle dimensions, loads, ramp geometry, drainage, and materials were precisely coordinated so the car can safely enter and exit the pool without compromising performance.
Mykonos Residence
This iconic Mykonos-style residence was rebalanced for modern outdoor living with expanded deck space, improved circulation, and a resort-inspired sun shelf. The redesign preserves its Mediterranean character while making the pool environment more functional and inviting.
Lot 10 SW Ranches Residence
