Challenge

As part of a comprehensive renovation of an existing residential building in Boca Raton, the client wanted to replace the outdated entry fountain with a modern architectural water feature that reflected the building’s new design. The challenge was to create a clean, minimal-profile waterwall while working within the constraints of the existing structure. The new system needed to reuse the building’s existing plumbing where possible, avoid unnecessary penetrations through the structure, and fit within the existing mechanical spaces.

Solution

The waterwall was designed as a slim stainless steel feature with all mechanical equipment located in the existing pump room. The system was engineered to reuse the building’s existing plumbing infrastructure, reducing demolition and avoiding new structural penetrations. The result is a modern, durable entry feature that updates the building’s appearance while working efficiently within the limitations of the existing structure.
