Challenge
Anatomy is developing its Aventura location as a continuation of its flagship wellness concept, with a dedicated recovery and contrast therapy zone as a core program element. The space is intended to support high daily usage while maintaining the refined aesthetic and performance standards expected of a premium fitness environment.
The challenge is to integrate multiple high-performance aquatic vessels into a compact indoor setting while meeting commercial health department requirements, managing humidity and condensation, and ensuring long-term durability under continuous operation.
Solution
Custom stainless steel immersion vessels were designed and engineered specifically for commercial use, combining long-term durability, hygiene, and performance with the refined aesthetic expected of an Anatomy facility. Each vessel was detailed to meet all applicable Department of Health requirements while supporting continuous daily operation.
The supporting mechanical systems were engineered as an integral part of the recovery environment, including dedicated dehumidification, ventilation, drainage, and service access to maintain stable indoor conditions and reliable system performance. Vessel layouts, equipment rooms, and maintenance access were carefully coordinated to support efficient operation while preserving the clean architectural character of the space.
The result is a technically robust commercial recovery environment engineered for durability, performance, regulatory compliance, and intensive daily use.
