Siesta Key Residence
This custom vanishing edge pool features an all- tile interior finish with a design tailored to complement the architecture of the home. A central acrylic panel offers a striking visual connection from the lower level of the house into the pool. Structurally, the pool is supported within a concrete vault that’s fully integrated into the home, resting on precision-cut foam blocks engineered to distribute weight and ensure stability within the confined space.
Mykonos Residence
The existing pool at this Miami Beach property was fully redesigned and re-engineered to reflect a more modern aesthetic, inspired by the lively energy of contemporary Mykonos pool parties. The updated design features clean lines, upgraded materials, and an enhanced layout that transforms the outdoor space into a social centerpiece aligned with the home’s new look and lifestyle.
Anatomy Gym
For Anatomy’s flagship location in Miami Beach, we provided the full design and engineering for the hot spas and cold plunges featured in their Sanctuary recovery zone. The vessels are constructed from stainless steel for durability and hygiene, and integrated seamlessly into the architectural layout. Our scope included equipment sizing, filtration, heating, and chilling systems to support daily high-volume use in a commercial wellness setting.
