Drawings You can Count On
We produce the design documentation and engineering plans your team needs to move forward. Hydraulic calculations, structural details, material specifications, and equipment layouts are all resolved on paper first. Nothing gets left to be “figured out” on the job site.
Coordination with team
Aquatic work touches architecture, structure, mechanical, and landscape all at once. We sit inside your existing project team and manage the points where those disciplines converge.
Ongoing support
Our involvement carries through construction. We stay in contact with your contractor, answer the questions that come up in the field, and confirm the installed work matches what was engineered. Construction management and quality control are available as well throughout the entire process.

S.W. House
This residence is an entertainers enclave. It has everything you could want in a backyard. So much so, that it is difficult to call it a backyard at all. This is more along the lines of what we refer to as an “outdoor living space.”
This outdoor space has a lush and expansive green yard with focused landscaping, a beautiful linear pool with an elevated hot spa and recessed fire pit, a full half court themed to the late, great Kobe Bryant #24, a complete outdoor kitchen with an island, dining and lounge space, and lastly a fun putting green.

Do you take on projects outside the ones shown here?
Yes. The projects on this page represent the range of work we do, not the limits of it. If your project involves a structural aquatic element that a standard pool contractor is not equipped to engineer, it is worth a conversation.
Where do you work?
Our team operates across four countries with completed projects in five, including work in the Gulf region, Miami, and the Caribbean. Our distributed structure lets us coordinate across time zones without slowing a project down.
Do you work directly with homeowners, or only through architects?
Both. Most of our work runs alongside architects, landscape architects, general contractors, and developers. We also work directly with homeowners who want an expert on the aquatic scope from the start.
At what point in a project should we bring you in?
As early as possible. Aquatic elements affect structure, mechanical, and site planning, and the decisions that constrain those systems get made early. Coming in during schematic design costs less than correcting for it later.
Do you build the projects you design?
We design, engineer, and coordinate. Construction is carried out by your contractor or a qualified local builder, and we stay involved through the build to support them. Construction management and quality control are available through our affiliated company.
